Can I pay super without entering the engagement as a booking?

No. Hot Giggity is not a general clearing house for standalone super payments. The engagement needs to be recorded as a booking before its super can be processed through HG Super Pay.

The booking connects the hirer, performers, actual performance date, agreed fees, Player allocations, acceptance, invoices and super records. For an earlier event, use the actual engagement details. If the booking flow prevents you entering the correct date, contact support rather than recording a different event date.

Once the booking is processed and the required records are available, complete payee mapping and review Super Ledgers → Super I Owe.
