Do I need accounting software to use HG Super Pay?
No. HG Super Pay lets you arrange super contributions from inside Hot Giggity without a separate accounting system.
Activate HG Super Pay, register your organisation as the payer and nominate the bank account for contributions. Once registration is active, map the artists or Players in HG Super Pay → Employees and process the relevant entries in Super Ledgers → Super I Owe.
You still need to record the engagement as a booking and check that the super allocation matches the actual engagement. HG Super Pay handles super contributions; performance fees continue to be paid through your usual payment process.
