# Gig Booking Platform for Artists & Entertainers
As fellow musicians, we know all too well the arduous task of managing the admin for your gig bookings.
Previously you would have to use a number of different applications to manage the tasks: a calendar system, an invoicing application, word or similar to create worksheets, contracts, and set lists, and any number of messaging apps to communicate with your players. This process is inefficient, time-consuming, and painful.

Hot Giggity provides functionality allowing you to create a booking for any gig that you do, with a workflow designed to streamline and centralise all aspects of the process, including free invoicing, into one platform - massively reducing admin time.
With this flow, you can:
1\. Create a booking worksheet, client contract (if applicable) & calendar entry
2\. Invite your players, specifying their gig fee split, and receive invoices from them
3\. Create a message thread with your players just for that gig
4\. Notify your client by sending them your deposit and balance invoices, along with your contract
5\. Create and distribute set lists to your players.
