# How do I approve a pending booking already confirmed with the artist?
Use **Auto Approve** where the artist has already agreed to the booking verbally or offline and the recorded details reflect that agreement.
For a booking already sent but not yet accepted, open the booking, choose **Update**, then select **Notify Act** and **Auto Approve**. Review the details before processing.
Auto Approve processes the booking as confirmed without waiting for the artist to accept it manually in Hot Giggity. The relevant invoice and super workflows then run according to the booking structure and saved settings.
Do not use Auto Approve to assume an artist has accepted an offer they have not agreed to.
