Moreover, Hot Giggity offers customizable invoicing settings to synchronize with your agency's payment schedules. You can consolidate all gigs performed within a specified period into a single invoice, with automatic updates for any changes in gig details.
Choose your preferred invoicing frequency:
Per Gig: Each completed gig generates its own invoice.
Weekly: All gigs completed within a week (Monday to Sunday) are consolidated into a single invoice.
Fortnightly: Gigs completed over a two-week span (Monday to the following Sunday) are grouped into one invoice.
Monthly: All gigs performed in a month are combined into one invoice.
To adjust your invoicing settings, navigate to Manage > My Profile > Financial. Select your desired batching period from the 'Incoming Invoice Batching' dropdown and remember to save your changes
