# What should I check when my super details will not validate?
Check both your personal information and your super details:
- Under **Manage → My Personal Profile → General**, make sure your full address includes the street number.
- In the super details, enter your actual **super fund member number** in the member number field. Do not enter your name there.
- Check that the required fields, including your date of birth, are complete and accurate.
Save the corrections and try again. If the warning continues, contact support with the exact message and where you see it. A **Super Pay Ready** warning can also relate to the payer’s payee mapping, even when your personal details are complete.
