What should I do if my super fund does not appear in the search?
Try searching using your fund’s product name, rather than only the fund’s general brand name. Check the product name, unique superannuation identifier (USI) and member number against your fund’s details before saving.
If you still cannot find the correct product, contact support@hotgiggity.com and explain which fund and product you are trying to select. Do not choose a different product just to complete the form.
