# What should I send support if a paid Xero invoice still shows as unpaid in Hot Giggity?
Open the affected invoice in Xero and copy its URL from your browser’s address bar. Send **support@hotgiggity.com**:
- The Xero invoice URL.
- The related Hot Giggity invoice or booking reference.
- Approximately when the invoice was marked as paid in Xero.
- A description of the status still showing in Hot Giggity.
These details give support a specific example to investigate. Do not send your Xero password or login credentials.
