# Why are an older booking’s invoices or super entries missing?
Check the **date filter** first. The records may be outside the period currently displayed.
In **Invoices → Incoming Invoices** and **Super Ledgers → Super I Owe**, select the relevant month or a date range that includes the booking. Review the results again before assuming the records were not created.
If the entries are still missing, contact support with the booking details and the date range you checked. A reporting filter does not change the payment deadline for any super owed.
