# Why does a removed invitation still show that the email has been used?
Removing an act or invitation can leave the earlier invitation associated with the email address. If you cannot find the act or reissue the invitation, contact **support@hotgiggity.com**.
Provide the affected email address and explain which invitation you removed and want to reissue. Support can check the existing invitation and confirm what needs to be cleared. Do not use a different email address simply to bypass the message.
