Why must I request access when adding a venue?
You may be asked to request access if another agency already has booking access to the Venue on Hot Giggity. This helps manage access when more than one agency wants to work with the same Venue.
Follow the access request shown in the platform. If you need help, contact support@hotgiggity.com with your agency name, the Venue and the message you are seeing. Support can check the existing arrangement and help resolve access with the relevant parties.
Approval depends on the arrangement; adding a Venue to your roster does not automatically grant booking access. Avoid creating a duplicate Venue to bypass the request.
